CLOSED STEEL DOOR
AND WINDOW FRAMES

Traditionally, in India, wooden frames are used for doors and windows, but these frames have several shortcomings. To start with, they are expensive, prone to termites and are inflammable. Moreover, installation is very time-consuming and the look deteriorates with time.

Other open-door steel frames need to be filled with concrete at the time of construction which is a long and tedious process and can lead to corrosion

PRE-PAINTED PURLINES

Traditional purlins, including zinc-coated galvanized and post-painted types, have significant drawbacks, such as shorter lifespans and susceptibility to rust. Despite the high thickness of zinc coating, it often cracks, leading to corrosion. Challenges with conventional galvanized steel purlins include red and white rust, flux deposition, moisture content, and a reliance on a single layer of zinc for protection.

Purlio is our solution to this problem – made from pre-painted galvanized iron, Purlio is India’s first color-coated purlins and outperforms conventional purlins in every way. With Purlio, APL Apollo is setting a new standard in the PEB sector.

PEB Sector never considered making color-coated Purlins because the existing lines were not capable enough to produce these sizes. The existing production lines could only produce up to 1.2 mm in galvanized and 1.6 mm in Galvalume

APL Apollo’s world-class facility in Raipur now offers Purlio in widths from 300 to 750 mm and thicknesses from 1.5 to 2.5 mm. This coil-coated metal provides flexibility, high efficiency, environmental benefits, attractive designs, and long-term durability, including corrosion and mar resistance.

LARGER SIZE IN HOLLOW STEEL SECTIONS

Hollow steel sections have emerged as the best building materials for commercial and residential projects as they have high tensile strength and excellent load-bearing capacity. Apollo Column, an exclusive range of black hollow steel sections, is a game changer in the construction industry as it can be used to construct structures of any design and elevation. APL Apollo Column provides superior compression performance and a high strength-to-weight ratio. These hollow steel sections also offer higher radii of gyration around both axes with a significant weight reduction. Apollo Column is now available in the size range of 200mm X 200mm to 500mm X 500mm, along with 1000mm x 1000mm. No matter what the construction project entails, we have the right size to suit the specified requirements APL Apollo is the only structural steel tube manufacturer in the world to offer 1000mm x 1000mm hollow steel sections.
